Preventive Care Behaviours of Patients in Rural Communities – Survey

Prevention Activity Survey

Study Title: Preventive Care Behaviours of Patients in Rural Communities

Preventive care is a necessity for all Canadians, but among rural populations completion rates are particularly low. We would like to learn more about your experiences regarding your preventative health care practices, such as cancer screening, immunizations, and chronic disease prevention. We plan to use this information to increase education and access to preventative care while also empowering patients to take charge of their own care.

Are you 19+ years old and do you live in a rural BC community? If you answered yes to these questions, you may be eligible to participate.
